On June 21, 2023, ATI published the following Request for Solutions (RFS): Utilizing Privacy Preserving Record Linkage to Link Data from Two Federal Statistical Agencies (PPRL2).
The submission deadline for the project was July 12, 2023 3PM ET. Membership in ADC is not required for submission. However, if chosen, the selected organization must join ADC.

Utilizing Privacy Preserving Record Linkage with Parent Agency Data and Statistical Agency Data to Inform Programs and Policies (PPRL2)
The Government is interested in a research demonstration project for the National Secure Data Service (NSDS) to utilize a privacy protecting record linkage tool to link two disparate sources, create an analytic dataset that can be used to answer questions that could not be answered with either source alone, and develop a data sharing agreement between a federal statistical agency and its parent agency.

Creation of Synthetic Data for the Survey of Earned Doctorates and Development and Use of Verification Metrics (SEDSyn)
The Government is interested in a synthetic data file for public use to support a tiered access model, explore the use of synthetic data for evidence-building, and test the use of verification metrics in validating estimates produced from synthetic data.
On June 20, 2023, ATI published the following Request for Solution (RFS): Data Usage Platform as a Federal Data Asset Synopsis (DUP).
The submission deadline for the project was July 11, 2023 3PM ET. The Government anticipates there will be one or more award for each project. Membership in ADC is not required for submission. However, if chosen, the selected organization must join ADC.

Data Usage Platform as a Federal Data Asset
The Government is seeking a robust and sustainable framework that will enable the federal data ecosystem to better understand the uses of federal data in support of a potential, future National Secure Data Service (NSDS).
On June 14, 2023, ATI published a Requests for Solutions (RFS): Expanding Equitable Access to Restricted-Use Data through Federal Statistical Research Data Centers (FSRDC). The Government is interested in assessing future capabilities of a National Secure Data Service (NSDS) by strategically examining user demand/needs of the Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC) network and by establishing a targeted pilot program to make funding supports available among underserved communities and institutions.
The submission deadline for the project was July 6, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Membership in ADC is not required for submission. However, if chosen, the selected organization must join ADC.
